Holiday home with typical Canarian style, fantastic sea and mountain views and a beautiful pool area with a perfectly equipped barbecue pavilion



The accommodation includes an additional unit, which becomes available from 5 guests or by paying an extra fee to access it. The extra unit is not rented separately.



From 1 to 4 people, only the main dwelling is used, which consists of:

A living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The extra unit is distributed:

A bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen



Each unit has its own terrace with sun loungers and a table.

The kitchen of the main dwelling is fully equipped with an electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, water heater, coffee machine and blender.

Additionally, available to guests: washing machine, clothes iron and ironing board, cot & high chair (upon request) and air conditioning (cold and heat).

For your entertainment there is Internet (ADSL/WiFi), Spanish TV and satellite TV.

Going down some stairs, you reach the outdoor area which has a pavilion with barbecue area and dining room, orchard with fruit trees and laundry room.



The private swimming pool (4 m x 8 m / 1.5 m) has electric heating (extra cost) and is surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Wir hatten uns auf die Tage mit eigenem Pool sehr gefreut. Samstags als wir ankamen war niemand da, der Schlüssel steckte an der Tür das Haus war offen und der Pool nicht gepflegt und leicht grün. Sonntags bekamen wir beim Wandern einen Anruf auf das Handy von einem Spanier der erklärte, er sei der Eigentümer (und nicht The Dream Destination Travel S. L.) und es täte ihm Leid aber die Poolheizung sei defekt. Als wir dann vom Wandern zurückkamen, war der Pool schon etwas abgelassen (ca. 15 cm). Wir haben uns sofort bei The Dream Destination Travel S. L. und bei Fewodirekt beschwert. Es dauerte dann bis Mittwoch bis wir von The Dream Destination Travel S. L. die Erklärung erhielten, dass die Pumpe defekt wäre. Merkwürdig die Pumpe lief bis dahin immer noch (Wasser wurde am Bodensikmmer abgesaugt und aus den Einlaufdüsen kam auch Wasser). Wenn man seine Kunden derart anlügt, ist das schon ein starkes Stück. Der Pool war jetzt um ca. ganze 70 cm abgelassen. Wir konnten die ganze Woche nicht baden. Als Schadenersatz haben wir 300 € Preisnachlass zugesagt bekommen. Ich werde nie wieder irgendein Objekt von The Dream Destination Travel S. L. buchen! Vielen Dank für den versauten Urlaub.

Die Villa Ivan liegt wunderbar ruhig gelegen in knapp 400 Metern Höhe über dem Atlantik. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ist Balsam für die Seele eines Großstädters. Wir haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere; jederzeit gekühlt von einer leichten Briese. Die Villa Ivan ist zwar im Detail nicht super toll ausgestattet - aber in Summe zusammen mit dem schönen Pool und der hervorragenden Sauberkeit Ihr Geld wert. Der unaufdringliche Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns mit köstlichen Bananen aus der „hauseigenen“ Plantage erfreut. Wem das nicht genügt: Papayas lassen sich quasi vom Baum direkt pflücken, wenn man morgens auf die Terrasse kommt. Auch die Agentur überzeugt durch jederzeit schnelle Kommunikation und schnelle Hilfe! Danke!

Wunderschöne Villa am Westhang

es gibt nicht wirklich etwas zu kritisieren. Diese Unterkunft liegt wunderschön am Westhang im Einzugsgebiet Tijarafe / Tazacorte. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Die Villa Ivan ist ihren Preis allemal Wert!
