Duplex studio on the 3rd floor with lift comprising: living room-kitchen lounge area (Chromcast connected television) opening onto the balcony, a shower room with WC. Upstairs: attic mezzanine with empty space in the living room: 1 double bed (140x200 cm) and 2 single bunk beds 90x200 cm, separated by a wooden partition. In winter, possibility of renting a private outdoor space (paid option - contact the owner). In summer, free outdoor parking throughout the resort. The Interlude residence, ideally located at the foot of the ski lifts, includes approximately 300 accommodations. The duplex studio completely renovated with a mountain character enjoys a beautiful view of the massif and the ski slopes. The residence surrounds a central square, lined with restaurants and shops; in summer, various activities are offered for young and old. In the heart of the resort of Tignes Val Claret, discover a stay without a car to access on foot or by free shuttle to the alpine and cross-country ski slopes, activities, services and shops. A guaranteed revitalizing stay at altitude in a grandiose setting!
