The property accommodates up to 8 guests and features 2 bathrooms alongside a thoughtfully designed layout that blends open-plan living with more private sleeping quarters.

On the main level, a large and luminous lounge greets you with an impressive ceiling height of 400 cm, creating a grand sense of space and airiness. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area, which is furnished with a dining table ideal for shared meals. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor.

The upper floor hosts a gallery area featuring 1 double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, set within an open-plan space. The first bedroom is a room with a window overlooking the living room and contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is arranged across 2 levels and offers 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A full bathroom with WC serves this upper floor. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than fully enclosed rooms.
