Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes, ski rental, ski school, sled run 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Hiking paths: Parc National de la Vanoise. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Hyper bruyant

Location correcte mais totalement déservie par le vacarme continuel jusqu'aux petites heures du matin car se trouvant à moins de 15 m , sur l'unique route et trottoirs menant aux bars et boites de nuit de Val Claret. Dès 22h vous héritez sous votre fenêtre et ce jusque 24h de toutes les personnes parlant haut et fort s'y dirigeant et vous les retrouvez de 01h à 05h du matin au retour , complètement désinhibées par l'alcool , chantant à tue -tête, rigolant , criant , gueulant et se disputant. Très mal isolé , on voit l'extérieur par les fentes des chassis , vous bénéficiez aussi des propriétaires de l'appartement voisin qui font également la fête tous les soirs jusqu'aux petites heures malgré rappel à l'ordre. Ce vacarme incessant est d'ailleurs repris dans les commentaires des locataires précédents et laissés sur place dans un cahier....et jurant qu'ils ne reprendront plus cette location . A noter que sur d'autres sites de location , cet emplacement à Tignes Val Claret cf studios aux bâtiments les TUFS est mentionné comme ne convenant pas aux personnes voulant du calme vu le "caractère festif de l'endroit"
