No geral, os servicos disponibilizados foram de boa qualidade. O único registro negativo foi o serviço do café da manhã, no que se refere ao fato de não terem se preparado para receber o grande quantitativo de hospedes no período de 19 a 21/04. Não havendo mesas suficientes, partiram para improvisações em mesas na área das piscinas e no primeiro andar sem infraestrutura para o tipo de servico.

Essa já é a nossa segunda vez no hotel, e mais uma vez tudo foi simplesmente incrível, o que só reforça o quanto gostamos desse lugar. Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe da recepção, sempre atenciosa, educada e pronta para ajudar em tudo que precisávamos. O quarto foi um dos pontos altos da nossa estadia: muito confortável, bem limpo, organizado e com uma atmosfera agradável que proporcionou ótimos momentos de descanso. Realmente superou nossas expectativas. O restaurante também merece destaque. As refeições eram muito bem preparadas, com variedade e qualidade, tornando cada momento à mesa ainda mais especial. A área da piscina foi outro grande diferencial. Um ambiente lindo, bem cuidado e perfeito para relaxar, aproveitar o clima e curtir bons momentos juntos.
