did Not change the towels everyday. Did not get hand towels because they had no more. Internet had Only on reception and Not always. They never replenished soap and several days neither toilet paper

Hotel limpo, bem localizado e um pouco caro.

O ponto forte do hotel é a localização, a melhor de Pipa. O quarto é bem confortável e os que têm vista para o mar são excelentes.

PESIMA ESTADIA

Nos entregaron la habitaciòn sin limpiar, mi esposa tuvo que sacar al pasillo la basura de los huesped anteriores, nos promerieron que en breve la limpiaban entonces fuimos a la playa, llegamos a la noche y todavia no la habian limpiado. Nos dieron otra habitación donde el ruido del aire acondicionado no nos dejò dormir tranquilo, no teniamos wifi como promocionan, en los pasillos habia olor a cloacas y moscas. Tampoco tenian la pileta habilitada. MENOS MAL QUE SOLO ESTUVIMOS UNA NOCHE. Los ùnico bueno es la ubicación pero nada justifica el precio.NO LO RECOMIENDO PORQUE YO NO VOLVERÌA A IR. Lamento no haber leido los malos comentarios con la debida anticipación.

Ótima localização

Possui ótima localização e atendimento. As instalações são boas e área de lazer excelente. O que ficou faltando foi que em um dado momento o chuveiro elétrico não funcionou mais, existia poucos utensílios de cozinha no flat e não possui restaurante para refeições.

Lo mejor la pileta

La ubicación muy buena, a metros de la playa y del centro. La habitación cómoda con vista al mar pero a metros de un transformador de luz de la calle que hacía mucho ruido las 24 hs,insoportable, el aire un poco más ruidoso aún, tv vieja y con 5 canales. Con un poco de lluvia sale un olor a cloacas terrible.El baño en determinada hora no salía agua caliente de la ducha. La atención del personal excepto la señora de la mañana es muy frío. El desayuno variado y rico. El hotel muy moderno. Lo mejor la pileta en el tercer piso muy linda y grande, cosa necesaria ya que la playa no se aprovecha todo el día por las mareas, el día que llegamos Mariano inauguraba el bar que se encuentra en ella y pudimos disfrutar de buenos tragos con una atención excelente.No volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Infelizmente não fiquei com boa impressão. Nem do hotel nem do site. Pois quando fiz a reserva tentei entrar em contato com o hotel para confirmar e me botavam para falar com outras pessoas e não consegui. Quando cheguei quase não consegui fazer chekin e pra concluir me botaram num quarto que não tinha os utensílios que mostrava nas fotos ar condicionado derramando água e muito barulhento e tv não funcionava. E cobraram a diária inteira na entrada por que disse que a hotéis.com não tinha nada haver com pagamento. Passei o fim dr semana preocupada se tinham me cobrado duas vezes. Resultado: não faço mais reserva por esse site porque vi que não entram em contato com o hotel para reservar a vaga . Quase fico no meio da rua :-(

Mala experiencia. Reservamos una habitación cuádruple y recibimos una doble con una cama de dos plazas y un sofá plegable sin colchón, extremadamente duro y de escasos 1,10 metros de ancho (supuestamente para dos personas). Reclamamos y obtuvimos un colchón de una plaza (dicen que solo tienen dos en todo el hotel). Pregunté si nadie se quejaba de ello y me dijeron que no podían decir que no (sic). Hay solo dos butacas. Pedimos una manta para el colchón y otra para el sofá y nos dijeron que no tenían.Olor a caño permanente en el baño y living.Pésima disposición del personal. El comentario/sugerencia de la encargada fue que una de mis hijas duerma en la hamaca paraguaya de la terraza, la encargada dice que duerme en una y le va muy bien. Sin palabras. La sensación que te queda es que el personal te trata como si le cayeras de visita a un pariente. Planteamos cancelar las dos últimas noches y nos dijeron que no era posible. Al final nos fuimos a otro hotel las últimas 3 noches, perdiendo lo que pagamos. La ubicación es buena pero la playa es la peor. La piscina está bien, y tiene estacionamiento cerrado. Hay hoteles mucho mejores por ese dinero pero destaco la falta de cintura, total y absoluta. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a una habitación más grande pagando el doble.

PIOR IMPOSSÍVEL!!!!!

O quarto estava com cheiro de esgoto insuportável! Somente no dia seguinte, no fim da manhã, ou seja, no fim da nossa diária é que nos mudaram de quarto! E olhe que reclamamos desde a nossa chegada, desde que colocamos os pés lá e mesmo assim tivemos que dormir (tentar pois foi impossível) com a sensação que estávamos dentro do esgoto!

Gostei do hotel, da localizaçao. Só achei o ar-condicionado pequeno pro tamanho do quarto, tive até que mover a cama pra ficar embaixo da ventilacao do ar. No mais, tudo otimo.
