O hotel é limpo e organizado, com espaços coletivos amplos e bem cuidados. Cada chalé possui uma banheira e isso é um atrativo a parte. Os chalés são amplos e afastados uns dos outros, o que dá privacidade. O café da manhã é bem servido e variado, com a opção de você escolher o que quer comer A equipe é cordial e atenciosa. A piscina é grande e estava bem Limpa. O hotel não é adequado pra crianças. Embora tenha bastante espaço, não há área destinada pra diversão, como parque ou campo. O fato de não ter restaurante também dificulta um pouco, já que não tem muitas opções de restaurantes por perto e o iFood tem poucas opções sobretudo no almoço.

Razoável, mas os morcegos incomodaram bastante.

Prós: bom atendimento, boa localização, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. Contras: hotel precisa de um upgrade. Muito velho. Lonas cobrindo os telhados dos chalés; quarto com cheiro velho; construção ao lado; café da manhã apenas razoável, onde tínhamos que fazer pedidos de certos pratos. Mas o que mais incomodou foram os barulhos de morcegos, que ao entardecer e amanhcer faziam muito barulho. Realmente bem desagradável. Nos ofereceram mudarmos para um chalé menor, sem oferecer diferença pelo preço que paguei, mas acredito que o problema seria o mesmo. Enfim, o hotel precisa de um upgrade.

A hospedagem foi muito boa, o hotel é tranquilo, o ponto negativo foi o serviço de café da manhã, servido por quarto, além de ser muito trabalhoso, os itens era limitado, exemplo pedimos pão de queijo e veio dois (sendo nossa hospedagem tripla), ou seja, não servia todos da família. Outra questão, o restaurante estava fechado, se tinha o bar disponível, porque não um cardápio para petiscos? Sobre a limpeza tudo limpo.

A viagem foi ótima, o Hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são educados e cordiais, o café da manhã é bom e tem boas opções, limpeza e conforto nas instalações e dependências do Hotel. A piscina é ótima, o Hotel também dispõe de um Restaurante, deixando o hóspede mais tranquilo para almoçar sem necessidade de ir até o centro de Pipa, falta melhorar as opções do cardápio que são poucas. Um ponto de melhoria é o banheiro, não gostei do fato de não ter box, a divisão é feita com cortina e uma banheira bem antiga. No geral ficamos bastante satisfeitos, atmosfera incrível e local muito agradável para casais e famílias, voltaremos em breve." Super Recomendo".

Um bom hotel para estadia, porém tivemos alguns problemas como vazamentonde água oela banheira e controle da TV sem funcionar, todavia a administraçao resolveu tais problemas.
