I did not like the fact that it was described on orbitz and a 2 bedroom flat for 6 people but when we arrived they charged us 200 reais more ,saying that the reservation for only for 2 people ,to me thats false advertisement and abuse

Esse hotel tem uma ótima infra-estrutura, porém é o verdadeiro" lugar sem dono". Na véspera de Natal os funcionários fizeram uma confraternização com familiares tirando toda liberdade dos hóspedes. A piscina é maravilhosa, mas falta uma limpeza adequada. As camas são básicas e colchões apresentado desgaste.

El desayuno y el lugar muy buenos. Los empleados nos atendieron excelente. Tuvimos problemas en: no te dan ni jabones, el wifi sólo anda en el lobby. Estuvimos cuatro días y nunca limpiaron las habitaciones, ni cambiaron las sábanas

bem localizado, boa estrutura, excelente almoço, bom atendimento(funcionários), apenas recomendo duas melhorias, TV(poderia existi no quarto) ampliar sinal da TV a cabo, apena disponível 06 canais, e melhorar o sinal de wi-fi, ainda deficiente nos apartamentos.

Pessoal muito educado e localização boa

O atendimento foi ótimo, mas as acomodações eu não gostei. A Wi-Fi não pega do quarto. O colchão era desconfortável e o banheiro muito apertado. Café da manhã muito restrito e não tinha TV no quarto.
