Charming apartment on the top floor, recently renovated, with a privileged location and beautiful views of the sea and the communal swimming pool. With an area of 40 m², it is ideal for both holidays and teleworking thanks to its fibre optic WiFi connection.
The accommodation has a fully equipped living-kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and television. From the private terrace, pleasant views of the pool and the sea can be enjoyed, a perfect place to relax.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed in the common area, allowing a maximum occupancy of 3 people (adults or adults with children), without supplement up to 2 people. The bathroom has a shower tray, hair dryer, gel and shampoo. In an external room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are included, with changes every 10 days for long stays. Air conditioning and fan guarantee comfort at any time of the year.
