Located in the beautiful landscape at the heart of Lanzarote, Clara Suite 2 sits in Conil, on the outskirts of Tías, and offers breathtaking views of the natural surroundings and a stunning pool area. Part of a residential complex with three houses, this romantic ground-floor apartment features a spacious, bright living-dining room with arches and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one with a single bed, the other with a double and a single bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub, accommodating up to four guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washing machine.



In the shared outdoor area, you’ll find a large pool and a spacious terrace with sun loungers and tables. Here you can sunbathe, cool off in the pool, and enjoy views of Lanzarote’s mountains and volcanoes. Stroll through the garden at sunset and relax with a glass of wine on the terrace.

Perfecta en todo los sentidos . La recomiendo.

Pros: Me gustó todo tanto la villa, la ubicación , con el anfitrión, muchísima trankilidad... Me ha gustado y muchísimo todo ,en general volveremos todos los años de vacaciones. Cons: No hay nada k no me gustara. Me gustó todo.

Séjour très agréable à la villa Clara

Nous avons bien apprécié cet appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, propre, agréable, calme, avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Clara. Bien que n’étant pas en bord de mer, nous avons apprécié qu’il soit central et à proximité d’une grande route pour se déplacer sur l’île.

Optimale Lage im Zentrum der Insel

Pros: Große Villa mit drei geräumigen Ferienwohnungen, wir bewohnten Villa Clara 2 und 3, die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und reagiert auf Anregungen sofort. Alle Ziele sind mit Mietwagen (unbedingte Voraussetzung) in max. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Cons: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hält nicht was sie verspricht. Vergleichbar mit einem Schüler, der den Abschluss in jedem Fach gerade so schafft. Eigentlich alles vorhanden, aber... alles in billigster Ausführung. Innen: Geringes Geschirr, gerade mal 2 Tassen, 2 (verschiedene) Rotweingläser, Pfannen verschlissen. WLAN sehr dürftig, Laptop nur mit persönlicher Initiative und direkter Kopplung mit dem Router ins Netz zu bringen. Der Fernseher entscheidet selbst ob er ausgehen will, schaltet sich immer wieder selbst an. Die Waschmaschine kann man programmieren, sie wäscht trotzdem nur mit von ihr gewähltem Programm mit 40 Grad. 1 Bett hatte nur 3 Beine, wurde aber sofort ersetzt. Badewanne mit Duschvorhängen die ständig am Körper kleben. Insgesamt nicht einladend. Außen: Einladender Pool, leider durch Fliesenschäden und Temperatur nicht nutzbar. Kleine Sonnenschirme, billigster Stoff zerlöchert und wackelig. Billardtisch und weiße Badeliegen aus grauer Vorzeit nicht nutzbar usw.

ESTANCIA MARAVILLOSA EN LANZAROTE

Somos una familia de cuatro miembros, con dos niños que viajan con nosotros. El apartamento es tal y como se describe en las fotos, y nos encontramos muy cómodos en todo momento. El lugar es muy tranquilo y esta muy bien situado para visitar toda la isla de Lanzarote, puesto que se encuentra bien comunicado y en un punto central. También podrás disfrutar de numerosas bodegas, puesto que esta enclavado en medio de la zona vitivinícola más importante de la isla. Para nosotros fue todo un acierto, y seguro que repetirémos si volvemos a Lanzarote en el futuro.
