The staff was very friendly and the room was gigantic. Beds were comfortable. However, the property itself needs a lot of upgrades and is dirty. The hotel is huge and I feel like they started to upgrade and maybe ran out of money? Breakfast was good. I imagined the glory days of banquets.

While the photos look nice, this location is not in a great area. It’s noisy all around. Also, the room smelled of mold and though “clean” was so old that it felt like an old motel from the 90s. Would not recommend, sorry to say. Staff were good with me leaving and finding another hotel.

I was shocked at the smell of cigarettes when I walked into the lobby, but it was just the start. The hall and worse, the room stinked of smoke. I realized why when I saw neighbours and others smoking inside their rooms with their doors open. My room was dated, air con wasn't enough and hot water was lukewarm. The only saving grace was the Mexican resto on the site, it it has no affiliation. The food there was authentic and worth every penny.

Absolutely aweful

This place is absolutely disgraceful, I booked on-line, pictures looked great. When we arrived I thought we had the wrong address. Completely run down and dirty. I looked at 3 different rooms and all were dusty, dirty bathroom and smelled of wet dog. My shoes stuck to the carpet. Hallways smell like urine and smoke. DO NOT STAY HERE

After driving 12 hours, was really looking forward to sleeping, the room was quite expensive, on the way to the room I noticed the hallways were very dirty, once in the room, the beds weren’t made up very well, the air conditioning didn’t work, the bed skirts on both beds were filthy, the walls were dirty and the chair was stained. When my son went to lay on the bed, he had bugs jumping on him, we got our bags and proceeded to leave, and ask for a refund. So disgusting, for the price, it should at the very least been clean, do not stay here

The staff were really nice and friendly. Our room on the other hand was not as clean as it should be. We had to have the tub and vanity cleaned after we checked in. I have allergies and when we turned on the air conditioner the smell from the dirt inside caused a reaction. For 250.00 a night I would think The Ramada would do a better job.

Comfy beds if you don’t mind the rest!

We had stayed at this hotel a long time ago and it was ok. This time, it was run down and looked like it needed a lot of tlc. Not sure if their are permanent residents at this hotel, but some seamed a little sketchy! A/C did not work, no water pressure, phone did not work, but the beds were very comfortable! Would not go back unless their are changes to the place though.
