The property is clean and comfortable. The property is near a railway so people sensitive to noise may be disturbed by noise as a train goes by.

Nice room layout!

We enjoyed the room layout. Bed was not great. The area of the city didn't always feel safe. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean, tidy and accessible. The only slight issue I had was with the air conditioning/fan, the room got super hot at times but it wasn't unbearable. Otherwise it was great.

No shower gel, no lotion. Offered in room but containers empty. At this price point this should not happen! Tried calling front desk many times but line always busy. Phone off the hook?? I think so. Terrible

I enjoyed that the room was on the ground floor. The smell was unpleasant, not sure if it was because we were across from the laundry room or not. There was hair in the bathroom stuck to the crevices of the wall by the shower, finger prints on the glass shower doors as well as small bugs crawling on the floor. Almost a week after the stay I checked my credit card statement and was charged am extra $29.66. After inquiring about the charge the manager said it is a pet fee, upon the housekeeping cleaning the room she said I had a pet. My partner and I do not own pets as we both have allergy to pet hair. The manager said he would speak to housekeeping and if a refund is justified he would give to me...unreal...I seriously have no pets, if you knew me, I woukd not even allow a pet in my vehicle as I can not stand the hair!! Waiting for rectification from Superior Shores Hotel.
