Before our stay even started, communication was easy and straight forward. We requested additional photos to help plan our stay and the host sent them as soon as possible. When we arrived to the area, we were given easy check-in and check-out instructions. The cabin had everything we needed, and more, minus a few personal essentials (bring you own tissues, shampoo - the owner did offer to bring more, but was not needed).The property has a low hanging tree over the driveway, just be careful coming in and out, it is well marked. There is a BBQ with patio, corner lot with shade and fruit trees. There is a mountain nearby with nearby lake and river. The property is within 20 miles of the nearby Sequoia National park, about a one hour drive. Three rivers is a nice town with stores that stay open until 10pm.The house itself was a good value for price and amenities, location, and rooms. There is also a gameroom in the garage with a pool table and darts which was a nice touch. The kitchen is not fully stocked, bring your own essentials like coffee, but they do have some spices. The icemaker is countertop and needs to be filled manually, bring bottled water. Lovely house with modern touches, smart thermostat, WiFi, TV's in most rooms, while still feeling like an outdoor cabin. Excellent stay.
