Ich war sehr enttĂ€uscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh ĂŒber das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttĂ€uschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht haben wir uns entschieden, vorzeitig abzureisen, obwohl wir eigentlich fĂŒr 6 Tage gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Die unhygienischen ZustĂ€nde und die unbequemen Schlafmöglichkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt unertrĂ€glich gemacht. Keine Empfehlung fĂŒr dieses Hotel.

Un Ehpad au cadre agréable

Cadre et personnel agrĂ©able, Ă  l’exception d un directeur plus commercial que commerçant et dĂ©nigrant son personnel. Le confort de la literie laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, d autant que une demande prĂ©alable de lit double avait Ă©tĂ© faite avant l arrivĂ©e. Piscine conforme aux photos mais tempĂ©rature non contractuelle. Pas de baignoire et comme citĂ© prĂ©cĂ©demment, 2 lits jumeaux. Quant Ă  la salle commune de restauration, la qualitĂ© des plats ainsi que le vin donnaient plus «  cantine » que restaurant. Le rythme imposĂ© pour l’heure des repas Ă©tait un peu surprenant »

Accueil fluide, et agréable. Toutes les consignes sont données à l'arrivée, et sont claires. Piscine trÚs bien chauffée - trÚs agréable - avec des chaises longues. Repas sous forme de buffet - trÚs complet - nous sommes placés sur une table dédiée. Cheminée au bar- salon donne une ambiance agréable. Baby foot gratuit à disposition ! Top !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour! Idéal pour des vacances en famille! Les chambres (familiales) sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Cet HÎtel est calme avec une agréable vue du balcon. Nous avons apprécié de plonger dans la piscine chauffée aprÚs notre journée de ski. Le salon/bar avec la cheminée et le restaurant sont chaleureux. On s'y sent vite comme chez soit. Nous y sommes allés tous les soirs car le tarif est plus qu'abordable et on y mange trÚs bien. Et surtout, le personnel de cet établissement est aux petits soins . Chaque demande est traité avec le sourire... C'est un hÎtel à échelle humaine. Merci à vous
