This luxurious spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms villa with king bed suite, includes free parking and Wi-Fi. Our home is equipped with modern amenities throughout including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy our bright concept home decorated in serene colors to maximize your relaxation and experience of this tropical oasis.

The Crest community includes well-manicured gardens, a basketball, and tennis court, a well-equipped children's playground, and safe roads and sidewalks for lots of walking in paradise. It also includes a clubhouse with an open-air gym, infinity swimming pool, bar, pool table, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and chairs perfect for playing a game of cards or dominos.

Other amenities located at Richmond Estates include a Country Store that sells groceries, and alcohol, a pharmacy, and ready-to-serve reasonably priced delicious hot food. The famous Devon House Ice Cream Shop is also located on-site.

This villa is located in St. Ann which is on the North Coast and centrally located to many attractions and restaurants. It's the perfect location to explore Dunn's River Falls, Rio Bueno River rafting, Mystic Mountains, Green Grotto Caves, Dolphin Cove, and many beaches including Richmond Estates private beach.
