Never stay at this property!!!

Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower. Cobb webs all over wall, had and issue getting towels and toilet paper. I’m not sure how many guest they serve, but only have 1 iron on the property, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, the shower size is like a 2x2 size, very uncomfortable.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, direkt in der Nähe der Autobahn und unweit von Bamberg. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht. In der Umgebung befindet sich der Naturpark Haßberge, der sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge eignet. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der unkomplizierte Check-in (man muss anrufen und bekommt einen Zugangscode, Rezeption ist nicht besetzt), sowie die hohe Sauberkeit im Hotel. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die deutliche Lärmbelastung durch die nahegelegene Autobahn. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen könnte das Schlafen hier schwierig sein.

Leider machte das Hotel keinen sauberen Eindruck. Die Bettlaken hatten Löcher, überall waren Haare, im Flur war der Teppich dreckig und im Aufzug stand ein Eimer voll Schmutzwasser. Die Balkontür war kaputt und kam einem entgegen beim auf Kipp stellen. Gut waren die Lage an der Autobahn und der kontaktlose Check in.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Wir haben zu dritt in einem Studio übernachtet und waren sehr zu frieden. Die Ausstattung (inkl. kleiner Küchenzeile) des Zimmers ist neuwertig und lässt keine Beanstandung zu. Die Raumgröße war für 3 Personen Hund ausreichend groß. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes schnuckeliges Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, super bequemes Bett, sehr nettes Personal. Im fensterlosen Bad leider ein paar Stockflecken, leichter Schimmel. Es wäre super, wenn der nahegelegene, kostenlose Parkplatz besser beleuchtet wäre. Wir würden wiederkommen.

bon sejour dans cet hotel, la chambre était propre mais nous arrivé un peu tard (vers 18h30) et obligé d'attendre au moins 30 min pour accéder à nôtre chambre car aucun personnel n'est présent sur place et il faut attendre que quelqu'un réponde au téléphone ... dommage
