This fully furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Courtyard Villa is in The Village of Virginia Trace. Our remodeled Villa is equipped with everything to make your stay unlike any other in The Villages. The home offers a fully stocked kitchen featuring specialty appliances such as an air fryer and Keurig coffee maker. Furniture throughout is brand new, with a modern chic elegance.

The Villa features a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom with en suite bathrooms. The living room, as well as each bedroom, is equipped with new Smart TVs that provide access to your favorite movies and shows. You’ll thoroughly enjoy many of the family board games, cards, and books within the Villa.

Indulge your taste buds each morning in a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with two separate eateries before making your way to a sprawling patio with three points of access. There's plenty of room to entertain in your private courtyard oasis including a new gas grill to assist in preparing your favorite outdoor meals.

A complimentary golf cart will be provided to access your favorite activities around Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, such as golf, pickleball, and tennis. Virginia Trace Pool, Lake Miona Recreation Center, and Lake Sumter Landing are all a short cart ride away.

Two optional temporary Lifestyle ID cards are available for $50.00. These will be valid for the length of your stay. Fees associated with the Lifestyle ID cards are payable to The Villages.

Home was very clean and had everything you would need for a great stay. Very close to Sumpter landing. We had a great week. Had a few drizzly days for weather, but at the Villages even a bad weather week is still a great time. We would stay here again.

The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated. As we like a plush bed these mattresses were actually too plush. The golf cart was fun to hit the town. Would recommend Codys if you are hungry they bring out salad and rolls which we didnt expect. The home was so peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood

We highly recommend this property as it was immaculate. It was bright and tastefully decorated. Location was ideal as you could walk to Sumter Landing in 10 Minutes. Has all the amenities that you will need. The host is always available for any inquiries and checked to ensure we comfortable and if we needed anything. Definitely a 5 star. Will return for sure!
