It was ok

It’s sort of starting to run down and need updating. It seems like it was really nice in its day. The outside is really starting to look old and the bathrooms really need some work. I will say though, the room was spacious and the view absolutely amazing!

The cleaning staff was wanting to clean my room even though I didn’t put out the “clean my room” door hanging tag. I would have preferred a “do not disturb” door sign. I had the door lock on and they tried multiple times to come in and were very annoying.

Completely satisfied with my stay

Lovely well appointed condo with all the amenities I needed. Three things are really important to me when travelling: cleanliness, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. This spot has all three well covered. I will definitely stay here again in future.

The suite was very nice. Clean. Plenty of amenities. The fireplace was difficult to work out- took more of my time than I anticipated. The place was clean. Check in was convenient (all code based). The only issue I had was the vending machine. It kept $8 of my change. It also gave me an out of date twix. I did reach out to the hotel, but they didn’t respond. That said, I would return… just swerve the vending machine.

Wouldn’t recommend

No front desk or front desk staff on weekends, which is when my boyfriend and I stayed here. Hotel has a very dated vibe to it, and is not as crisp and new as the photos suggest. Only one small towel was provided in our room which was booked for 2 adults and there was no staff on site to be found to ask for another one. Something about not having staff on site made our stay feel a little less secure. Overall, will not be recommending this hotel to anyone as it’s probably the least welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No personal touch whatsoever given there was no front desk.
