Raaff-71 sfeervol huis direct bij bos, duin en strand

Raaff-71 is recent door ons volledig gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd. Raaff is een comfortabel ruim en  licht huis dat smaakvol en met liefde is ingericht. Rond het huis ligt een grote zonnige tuin met veel privacy. Na een dag strand, een heerlijke lange wandeling, hardlopen, surfen, paardrijden of mountainbiken is het heerlijk thuiskomen.

De huiskamer heeft grote openslaande deuren naar een ruime en zonnige tuin. De lichte sfeervolle huiskamer is met smaak ingericht en is voorzien van comfortabele meubels en een prachtige koffiebar.  Er hangt een grote smart-televisie voorzien van diverse streamingdiensten. De keuken is volledig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien en klaar voor elke chef-kok. We hebben onder meer een combioven, vaatwasser, Nespresso machine, ruime koelkast etc. De gezellige buitenverlichting en de grote tafel op het terras garanderen onvergetelijke zomeravonden. Boven bevinden zich drie slaapkamers; twee maal een tweepersoons kamer en een eenpersoonskamer die bovendien ook te gebruiken is als kinderkamer voor maximaal twee kinderen. Op de overloop bevind zich een moderne badkamer met een ligbad en regendouche.  Raaff is een heerlijk huis voor 5 personen om samen romantisch te genieten, maar ook een gezellig huis voor een korte of lange vakantie met het gezin of familie.  Er is geen ontbijt service!

Raaff-71 heeft een rustige ligging op het kleine vakantiepark De Witte Raaf. Dit vakantiepark ligt 4 kilometer van het centrum van Noordwijk aan de rand van een schitterend duin en bosrijk gebied. Een smalle duinstrook vormt de scheiding tussen het Noordzeestrand en Het bos. Vanaf ons huisje kun je gemakkelijk wandelend of fietsend het Noordzeestrand bereiken.

Super schöne Zeit in einem schönen, kleinen Haus mit nicht einsehbaren Garten. Perfekt für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden… Geschirr, Kaffeekapseln, Tee aber auch Salz, Zucker, Öl und gängige Gewürze zum Kochen. Ich komme wieder!

Heerlijk gezellig ingericht vakantiehuis, waar je je direct thuis zal voelen! De oldschool platenspeler maakt het helemaal af :-) lekker dicht bij zee. Fijne, snelle communicatie met de eigenaren, waardoor we ook wat eerder konden inchecken.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Feriendoppelhaus in schöner Ferienanlage

Insgesamt ist das Haus stilvoll und mühevoll eingerichtet worden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einwandfrei, insbesondere nachdem wir eine Nachreinigung gewünscht haben, wurde unmittelbar darauf reagiert. Der Garten ist groß und wäre eine tolle Ruheoase, leider ist er insgesamt nicht sehr gepflegt, was sehr schade war. Die Lage und die Ferienanlage waren gut und ruhig.

Haus mit stylischen Interieur

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit wirklich schönem Garten. Ich denke wir hatten Glück, dass das Nachbarhaus nicht bewohnt war, es handelt sich nämlich präzise um eine Doppelhaushälfte (eines Nachts kamen die Nachbarn; das hat man deutlich gehört). Das Haus ist sehr stylisch & liebevoll eingerichtet. An einigen Stellen hätten wir uns weniger stylisch & mehr praktisch gewünscht. So gibt es z.B. fast keine Schränke in den Schlafzimmer, um seine Klamotten zu lagern. Die „stylischen“ Kisten – die als Nachtkonsole fungieren - sind ziemlich unpraktisch. Die Betten waren nicht wirklich bequem. Insgesamt ist das EG recht nett & geräumig, die Zimmer im 1. OG sind eher beengt. Die Treppe hoch ist sehr steil. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett & service-orientiert. Der Garten lädt zum Ausruhen ein.

Magnifique maison au milieu des polders

Une maison très confortable avec 3 chambres et un petit jardin très agréable. Le propriétaire est au petit soin ! De plus la maison est située tout près de la mer (500 m à pied par un petit sentier) et proche des champs de fleurs (tulipes notamment !).

schönes Haus nahe am meer

Schönes Haus in gutem Zustand. Schöner Garten mit einigen Möglichkeiten sich auch draußen hinzusetzen Zu Fuß ca. 15 min. zum Meer und zum nächsten Ort. Die Betten waren für uns zu weich. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage.
