Fabulous location in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk from the Central train station. Our room was a good size and breakfast had a decent choice of continental items. If you opt to not have your room cleaned they will give you a voucher for a free drink in the bar. I would highly recommend this hotel :)

When we checked in, we were warned there was a private event and given ear plugs. We walked into our room, and it smelled bad. Turns out the toilet had not been flushed and there was feces in it. The noise started at 11, and it was loud. We went down to ask for another room. We were given one “noisy, but less so.” The party lasted until 4am. The next night we had another club party from 11-4am. A hotel room has one job, let me sleep. This one failed at that. My key stopped working. I went down to get a new one. I was told that I had probably done something to the key. But the new one didn’t work either. Finally, the front desk came up with me and was able to open it with a 3rd key. If you are making a once-in-a-lifetime trip to see Maurithuis, find a different hotel, far from the nightclubs.

Unbeatable location!

The location is unbeatable. 2-min walk to Mauritshuis, 10-min walk to train station and 15-min walk to a shopping district. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice. Will stay again next time when we visit Hague.

Good location

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city centre and is only a short walk from the main rail station. The furnishing are tastefully modern and comfortable. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating and our room to be spacious, very clean and well equipped (We especially liked the en-suite which was quite luxurious compared to some of the hotels we've stayed in). We also thought that the continental breakfast on offer was excellent. We would be happy to stay there again.

Breakfast and beds really good. Room very clean. No fridge which is a "draw back". There is a "lack of hospitality" when you arrive which you usually expect from a Holiday Inn. No water or coffee available at check in. Re: house keeping and towels...many hotels have a sign that if you do not want your towels laundered...hang them up. Our towels which were hung up were replaced which is an enviromental concern. Staff at check out were very nice.

The rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the middle of the old city with lots of restaurants within 100 meters. Staff were very helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

We loved the location and how convenient it was to all the great attractions. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome bonus as it was a scorching weekend! The staff were always polite and helpful and the continental breakfast which was included was delicious. We are already planning to return with our extended family!
