The room itself was lovely and such a good size for 4 people. However, the rest of the building felt like it needed smartening up. The corridor carpets were very dirty and there was a funny damp smell around the place. The main entrance/lobby was also in need of some tlc. Good location though and suited our needs.

Very slippery shower and no rubber mats available also no wash rags and no service to clean the beds and get more towels I had to ask for more towels. Another words is pretty bare bones. The only thing good about it is the location.

Comfortable Stay, but Street Noise Was a Problem The hotel is well located and the room was nicely appointed—comfortable and clean with everything I needed. However, my room faced a very busy street, and the windows did little to block the noise. It was loud from early morning until late at night, which made it difficult to rest. I would strongly suggest the hotel alert guests in advance if their room is on the street side, especially for those sensitive to noise. Otherwise, it’s a well-run property in a convenient area.

Location was great : right in the middle of the main shopping street and walking distance to all the main sites, and also a stone's throw from the tram lines (10 mins walk to The Hague Central (train) Station. Staff are super belpful and kind. Rooms are great as are the beds. Super useful to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Have stayed here twice now and will pick this one again.

I had an amazing time at Plaza hotel,there isn’t much to complain about.my room was clean and big.even tho my window was facing the High Street. It wasn’t that noisy at all, pillows and bed not so great. I really didn’t like the bed was uncomfortable.How ever i had an issue with the cleaners. As i havent been told at the reception at the time of checking in that I must put the signe out before 6am in the morning for my room to be cleaned therefore I have missed this opportunity and out of three nights in the hotel my room haven’t been cleaned once.when I spoke to the receptionist she wasn’t really helpful.ive been told the only thing she can do is give me extra towels,even though the cleaners trolley was still on the corridor,but she wasn’t too bothered about it.i think for a 4and half star hotel this is a very poor thing to do.

They didnt clean my room on the first day even if i gave a request to clean. The elevator broke and i had to take the stairs for several days during my stay and no one helped me with my luggage when i checked-out even when the elevator was broken. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located near all the shops and metro station, and so many dining options around.

Central in the Main Shopping Area

About a ten minute walk from the central station situated on four floors above shops. Could not be more central for shops, sights and amenities. Close to excellent tram system. Reception very helpful and pleasant on arrival (and other times). Room with fridge and microwave (no evening meal). Little internal or external noise despite my room overlooking a busy pedestrianised street. Sadly, I had two single beds joined together and not a double but apart from that the room was good. Breakfast on the top floor - a good buffet with a variety of options. As with most hotels the cooked items quickly turned cool but otherwise fine with efficient staff. I would stay at the hotel again.
