Great beach view and location to beach. The venue is full of sand, on every surface out door areas could have used a blow off prior arrival, they house is in need of some maintenance but was reasonable value for money. The A.C in bedrooms was not working, or fans in bathrooms. Other then that we had a good time.

Location was wonderful — we honestly couldn’t fault it.The beds were made and the towels were clean, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. It didn’t seem like the floors had been cleaned at all; they were extremely sandy when we arrived. The toaster wasn’t working and appeared rusted, and the outdoor area was also quite unclean, with the sliding mirror door noticeably dirty.One of the bunk beds in the room also looked unsafe for anyone to sleep on the top bunk, which was quite concerning.I would have given this stay 3.5 stars if that were an option. We did enjoy our time after I cleaned everything myself, but for the price paid, you really shouldn’t have to do that.
