There was a mis communication. We got the room so my husband could take the shuttle to pdx at 3:30 am. The gal that checked us in knew I would be staying to sleep. In the morning, housekeeping walked into the room while I was taking a bath. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they did not handle it well. The "manager" did not apologize at first for that happening. She just showed me the clipboard and said "We have you checked out at 3:15 am." The gal who checked us in told her that it was only my husband taking the shuttle. I explained that we told the front desk that. She finally said she would make sure the night shift takes better notes. I feel like the 'manager' needs more training in customer service. I was not looking for any freebies - I just wanted to be validated that I was traumatized when housekeeping walked in the room while I was in the bath at 9am. "I am sorry this happened to you" would have been nice.
