Extremely Nice Place w/ minor drawbacks
The unit was very nice and very clean. There was nothing wrong with the rental itself my review leaves 4 stars because of certain inconvineces during my stay. The propery was at the far side of the complex where as the listing shows it nearest to the village. The check in process did not list all the neccessary details and forced us to call to get a code for a lockbox that was not given to us. When we suggested to the woman on the phone this part of the check-in process should be included in the check-in communication emails and texts she was dismissive and rude. And finally the unit did not supply any wood for the unit even though they advertise the wood burning fireplace multiple times in the listing.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Location is unbeatable with a short walk to the village and slopes, which was extremely convenient for our family. Check-in process was a bit confusing as there were only instructions for the access code to the unit door, not the building. We were able to get a hold of customer service, who let us know how to access the fob to enter the building. Apartment was clean and spacious for our family. Only downfall was that a plate of old bbq had been left in the oven and was not cleaned out before our arrival. The oven was full of stains from the bbq. The company offered to clean it up while we were there but just did it ourselves in the essence of time. Overall, it met our family needs.
The costumer service are nice and friendly, and it’s clean

Great stay at Blue Mountain!
We really enjoyed our time here. The facility was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. Was closer to Blue Mountain village than some of the Blue Mountain parking lots! 10/10 would book again.
