Unmatched privacy ,with new 7 man hot tub on 5-13-21, for the cost of 200.00 fresh water and chemicals !! the atmosphere is super secluded & relaxing , the Adirondack Riverhouse is a mind blower (2016) with 5 star plus reviews !! All new pavilion to seat 50 people ready for fall of 2025 !!!! We also installed s new Swing set its perfect for adults and children , we also have a grill on the beach for your use with a grill at the house ,lounge chairs , rolling cooler , trust this is a true memory you will remember (in a big way) !! Hot-tub and pavilion also has a new commercial gas cook stove ! stocked Fire-pit with firewood provided also new paverbrick patios n walkways , Huge Natural Stone Tables big n small !!! Thank you very much !! And I look forward to meeting Yall ! Ken jam, Texas horse shoes, real horse shoes, golf ball, rope, toss, karaoke on tower, stands with double mics chairs to play in the water with  multiple hammocks, the stars don’t get any brighter anywhere else !  if we don’t have it, we will get it for you come out n enjoy folks a free bottle of white n red wine 🍻 with every stay ! You ask and i will provide

We rented the river house for SLU graduation. Not too far and it was a great space to celebrate the graduation weekend with family! Everything was super clean. The views were beautiful, and the house was super comfortable with lots of extras! It made our weekend extra special!

River Paradise

Immaculate home with an amazing scenic overlook. From Start To Finish communication with Gerald was outstanding. Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The home is well equiped with everything that you could ever need and more. Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer.

Excellent Home and Wonderful Hosts

Our entire stay was wonderful. Were were visiting for Family weekend - we even had a few other family join us for a dinner before the hockey game. Hosts were very responsive and amazing. Thank you! We will be back again.

Visit to North Country

We were in the region to visit family and for an event. Its hard to find accommodations in this relatively remote area. But we hit the jackpot with this rental. This house is the very best possible accommodation in northern NY. It was situated in stunning location, beautifully constructed and immaculately kept. And the hosts were incredibly helpful, kind and charming! We will stay in this home on every return visit to the area if it is available.

Magnificent River House

We stayed at this magnificent River house for a long weekend while attending my daughter's college graduation in Potsdam. Absolutely pristine area, well kept house with all the bells and whistles. We lacked nothing. On the river, which is a beautiful backdrop to this home. Very, very relaxing, and you wont be disappointed.
