Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible staff- not worth stay here.

Staff were some of the most rude and started with not wanting to give me room as hotels.com had not sent them confirmation on payment. I could show them that the hotel was confirmed on my mail but the front desk did not care. Never met any more rude staff at Indian hotel. I got the worst room even though I had paid for another. Do not recommend this hotel at all.
