Management was rude and very disrespectful, yelled at me and other guests. Refused to accommodate with extra towels. Did not honor their military discount for our stay. We have stayed at several hotels throughout this country with our 20 years of service and we have never been treated this badly, and then to have to pay the full cost of our stay before we actually stayed was a huge disappointment for our family. We will never stay here again and recommend no one stay here.

Our Stay at the Baymont

Everything was fine but there was no hot water. I told the clerk upon check out and was told no one else has complained. Which I thought was a little cheeky. Also I had a credit card on file but yet they wanted a $100 deposit.That seemed strange for a high end hotel. The hallways and doors need cleaning and painting. But the furnishings were up to par.

Very convenient motel to relax after a long drive. Clean beds,towels,have shampoo and body lotion,soap. Very nice breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Will stay again on the way back from my trip!

This property was convenient for us because it was half way to where we were going but the cleanness of this property was not good. As soon as you walked into the room it smelt like the person before us had been smoking and stunk like cigarettes which gave me a headache. Then on top of that the TV was broken. You could hear the TV but nothing was coming on and the screen was just black. I personally don’t recommend this stay unless you’re driving a long ways and need a place to sleep BAD.

Good for an overnight stay

Check in was slow and she wanted 100.00 for a deposit for the room. The refrigerator was a little dirty and the bathtub probably needed hair removed from the drain as I was standing in an inch of water during my shower. The bed was fine. The tv signal was bad.
