Pleasant summer villa with private swimming pool located in Moraira (Costa Blanca), ideal for up to 14 guests. The property offers seven bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two independent floors connected by exterior stairs.

The villa is distributed over two floors.
On the GROUND FLOOR there is a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the covered terrace and the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. This floor has three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. In addition, there are two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
On the UPPER FLOOR there is another living-dining room with satellite/DTT TV. This floor has four bedrooms: two with two single beds each and two with a double bed each. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. In the hallway of the bedrooms there is an air conditioning unit that helps maintain a more pleasant temperature on this floor when the bedroom doors remain open.
