Great location for Christmas markets it is by the red light district which was totally fine for those of us without kids. The breakfast was phenomenal. Amazing visit. Highly recommend.

The hotel was awesome. The only thing wrong was a wiring problem in our room (530) that meant you couldn’t turn off both the hallway and the bed area lights unless you killed all lights to the room including the bathroom. It meant we had to turn on the hallway light to turn on bathroom light and disturb everyone in the room during that period.

We are completely happy with this hotel. We especially love the heated bathroom floors. Friend & efficient staff. Extremely clean room. Close proximity to the Christmas market, shopping and beautiful churches. Conveniently located inside the old town enclosed by medieval walls. We really enjoyed our stay.

Large clean room. Breakfast was excellent. We fortunately got a parking spot in the garage under the hotel. You are not guaranteed that! Hotels.com needs to make that clear in their data.
