On the whole the experience was great, staff were helpful, sincere and attentive, food was lovely and facilities were amazing. My only point for developmental feedback would be regarding the bed sheets in the hotel. The beds were comfy but the sheets weren't soft at all.

Lovely hotel, not get service

Beautiful hotel. Lovely room. Breakfast was good but service was not. Ordered a cooked breakfast and waited half an hour despite the restaurant only being half full. There was a fan outside our bedroom window which was noisy and we had to change rooms. The night porter was extremely helpful but, in the morning, when we told the receptionist she barely acknowledged the issue with an ‘oh well’ and no apology was received. The service does not unfortunately meet with the beautiful environment.

Perfection in the Cotswolds

Calcot Manor welcomes you into their sumptuous, homelike setting and beautiful, peaceful grounds. There is a fabulous spa at your disposal and several great places to enjoy a drink and meal by the fire (in March). Highly recommend this hotel, and the linens and beds are superior.

Wonderful Cotswold Hotel and more..

What an absolute gem of a hotel! I would go back at the drop of a hat. I was away with my partner as we celebrated our anniversary. But also child friendly and will be back with our little one when they arrive.
