La gente con una gran intención de servicio pero desde que llegamos todo fue fricción, la red wifi no servía, no habían apuntado los servicios de spa que contratamos, horas para recibir y de baja calidad la comida, moscas en el restaurante, la verdad decepcionante, por el mismo precio hay muchas mejores opciones en Tepoz.
