We had an amazing experience at Villa Fabulosa and can’t recommend it enough.From the start, Alex was an incredible host. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and timely, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He set us up for success before we even arrived.The property itself exceeded expectations. Beautiful setting, great layout for a group, and everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The outdoor space especially made the trip memorable.What stood out most was how seamless the entire experience felt from before arrival through the end of the stay. Alex was attentive without being intrusive, and everything just worked.Overall, one of the best group stays we’ve had. Huge thanks to Alex for creating such a special experience. We would absolutely come back.

Exceeded Every Expectation-This home and its owners exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was stunning and spotless—down to the ceiling vents—and the owners were incredibly responsive. We noticed thoughtful touches at every turn: extra propane tanks, drinkable filtered ice and water (a rare find with rentals), seasonal fall décor on the table, genuinely sharp kitchen knives, and QR-code tutorials for everything. The sunset views were breathtaking, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby wineries and great restaurants. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one stands out for both quality and care. The listing photos don’t do justice to how beautiful the home is in person. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Stunning home and spectacular hospitality

From the moment you arrive at Villa Fabulosa, you feel as if you've been transported to another country. It's Ibiza-inspired charm is felt around every corner, from the clean architectural lines to the stunning panoramic vistas of Temecula. The kitchen is the BEST stocked kitchen I've ever come across in a vacation home. Everything to feed a crowd is there and if you're a coffee lover, there is even a milk frother! The house operates like a smart house, but fear not, there are QR codes everywhere that take you to videos showing you how to operate everything. The hospitality was unmatched. Alex, the host, even welcomed us with a special basket of goodies upon arrival and communicated with us every step of the way. It was so hard leaving this place. I'll miss the views most of all, particularly when there are dozens of hot air balloons filling the sky. We'll be back!

A Perfect Retreat Location with Fun, Comfort, and Stunning Views!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect setting for our company retreat with 10 people, and even with a full group, it never felt crowded. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy privacy when needed, while the shared spaces were ideal for connecting and unwinding together. The fun and relaxation we experienced around the retreat sessions made our stay even more special. We even had a few people learn pickleball while we were there, adding to the memorable experience. The games provided endless entertainment, and the stunning views created a serene and inspiring atmosphere. The outdoor kitchen was a standout feature—grilling in the fresh air while enjoying the heaters above the dining table made even the cooler evenings feel warm and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, offering both relaxation and enjoyment at the end of busy days. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The only item mentioned for improvement was the bed in the game room, and the owner was receptive to changing it out, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. We’re already planning our next retreat here. This property truly exceeded our expectations, providing everything we needed for a productive and enjoyable getaway.

Perfection

VILLA FABULOSA deserves to be displayed in all caps! We are a well traveled group of friends and we have never stayed at so fine a property with so many things to entertain us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and spotless. It will take your breath away. The host is particularly top notch and is very accommodating. The experience is completely 5 stars. If I could give it more stars I would. We plan to return. So don't hesitate to book the Villa. In case you are interested ask about booking a private pickleball lesson. It really made a difference.

Exceeded our already high expectations

This is our fourth year staying in Temecula for Labor Day and we like trying different houses each time, but this property was so amazing that we may stop that tradition and book this house again for 2025. Some of the noteworthy above-and-beyond features: - Two dishwashers! When you're cooking for 12 people, the dishes pile up quickly. - Two outdoor pizza ovens. With a lot of people, having only one takes a while even though it's a great activity. - Full mini-golf course - Basketball/pickle ball court - Giant tables inside and outside for family meals - Plenty of shaded area in the backyard - it was in the triple digits when we were there. Last but not least was the host - Alex. He was the most responsive and friendly host we've had. He made himself available by text day and night. We really cannot say enough good things about this property. Thank you Alex!

Amazing property, great host.

To say that this property exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! My team and I frequently stay at large, luxury properties around the country and this is one of the best. Villa Fabulosa was new, clean, well stocked, and had amenities we've never seen at any other property. The kitchens were AMAZING and we ended up cancelling dinners at restaurants to be able to stay on the property and use them. The furniture was excellent and it was impossible for us to find anything to complain about. To add to the entire experience, working with the owner was fantastic. Communication was thorough, clear, and friendly. There are instructions throughout the property to answer every conceivable question and we had zero problems. Our stay was so exceptional that we are already booking our next trip at this Villa again so that it doesn't book up and we'd miss out.

Family get together

I wanted great quality time with my children and grandchildren. We had such a wonderful experience. The Villa is exquisite. The game room was fabulous. I think my husband and I had more fun playing the games than the grandkids. 🙂 We’ve stayed at other vacation homes / this was the best pool table we’ve played on. The kitchen was completely stocked with every thing you would need to cook. We cooked every night. Didn’t want for anything. The grandkids LOVED making their own pizzas which were cooked in the pizza oven outside on the patio. We LOVED our stay!!!!! We didn’t use the miniature golf course. But they did play pickle ball, basketball and used the putting green. So many things to do that were never left the property. 🙂🙂

Family Staycation

Villa Fabulosa offers plenty of space and activities for everyone to be entertained The views are beautiful and every morning we were greeted with the site of hot air balloons in the sky. The home is also easily accessible for a family member who requires a motorized scooter for mobility. Our host Alex was easily accessible and responded quickly to our questions. The photos show the beauty of the Villa and when you see it in person it is even better. We will be planning to return to the Villa again.

Prob the best place we’ve stayed at

Short sum - Breathtaking modern stay with all the amenities! We want to go again! Pros: - Modern and extremely clean - Beautiful pool. - Great views. Our group was able to capture beautiful sunset photos. - So many amenities! Volleyball court, basketball court, miniature golf etc etc. - The interior lighting was a nice touch! The stairs light up as you walk up. - Had all the supplies we needed - Enough sleeping space for larger groups. - The couches were so comfortable and even reclined. - Hot tub area warms up fast! I’ve been to places where we had to wait forever. - Stay has its own website with instructional videos for everything - Each room had a pretty big tv. - Nice sound system that projects to the outside and inside - Alex was an amazing host and replied to my msges fast. Cons: - Really only the height of the glass walls outside. We kept on accidentally knocking out the volleyball outside and had to chase down it. Maybe guards along the driveway could help!! Other than that, this place was almost perfect! Again, this is probably one of the best stays we’ve been at and was worth the stay.

Even Better in Person

This place was absolutely fantastic! The villa exceeded all our expectations. I know the pictures look unreal, but it's actually better in person. I came here with a big group of family members. It was spacious, plenty of amenities, and exceptionally clean. The attention to detail was evident in every room, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and super fun getaway. We especially enjoyed the great pool and jacuzzi, which offered a perfect way to unwind - and a great way to enjoy the sunset while relaxing in the water. The game room and mini golf course were a hit with everyone, too. The outdoor area was perfect for my family, with plenty of seating, everything you need for a great BBQ including two pizza ovens, and stunning views! The surrounding landscape added to the serene atmosphere, making our time outside even more enjoyable. The location was also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and wineries - my family made a couple of trips to them including a local lavender farm. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive (I never waited more than a couple of minutes for a response!), ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, Villa Fabulosa is an outstanding choice for anyone looking to stay with a group (big or small) in Temecula!

The property was fantastic! Very clean rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of activities to do and the sports equipment was in good condition. The property owner was very friendly and available to contact before and during the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation!!!!

I can't say enough about what a beautiful, special home this is. It surpasses the photos and the views are so amazing, you really have to see it in person. We had a 4 day multi-generational family vacation that was perfect for everyone from 4-68!! The backyard alone is worth the stay. There are so many activities from mini golf to pickleball to the putting green to the pool, but the outdoor kitchen is the best! We cooked breakfast and dinner outside. It's the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen, all while enjoying the yard and views. The bedrooms are all in separate areas of the home so privacy was excellent. Our 6 year old granddaughter told me that when she grows up she wants to live there!! It is beautiful and classy while being homey at the same time. We will be back for sure!!!

Villa Fabulosa did not disappoint! Description and photos are completely accurate. There is nothing Alex missed with this property, and his communication leading up to and during our visit was appreciated. We found the QR codes throughout the villa to be extremely useful. My wife and I were looking for a high end place to celebrate our 70th birthday with our kids and grandkids. We saw Villa Fabulosa on the VRBO sight and instantly knew this was it. All the reviews and pictures were amazing but fell short of the reality.This fantastic property is jaw dropping.EVERTHING is provided and EVERYTHING is first class.Big things like appliances, stove oven,two dishwashers,two washer dryers,BBQs,flat top grill,ice machines inside and out. mall items like plates,silverware,glasses,kitchen utensils,toasters,all possible bar accessories were all top drawer. We're a competitive family and the wide variety of sporting eqipment and games made for some lively events.LOL. The golf course is professionally designed and constucted and provided us with wonderful battles.During the day the vista's are spectacular and when the night falls the lighting throughout the property is stunning. Hard to say which is better. The host Alex never interfered during our five day stay but the one time I needed him he was instantly available.Another wonderful benefit. If you're looking for a high end place with everything you'll need for a memorable experience your search is over. Villa Fabulosa is just that fabulous.

Amazing stay

Our stay was fantastic! The house was beautiful, the back yard had so many lounging areas and games to play, and it was just awesome. We stayed here for a work retreat and with so many different large seating areas and activities, it was perfect for this. We’d definitely come back. Thank you!

"Fabulosa" Indeed!

After an exhaustive search for a property all throughout California and neighboring states for a mini vacation, Temecula popped into mind last minute and came across Villa Fabulosa. It was by far the most opulent property I came across on VRBO and honestly seemed too good to be true. So, with an open but skeptical mind, I did my due diligence in researching the place. The previous reviews seemed legitimate (not friends and family but actual guests), I figured if the property owner(s) went through the trouble of creating a website with detailed photos, YouTube video links, it would be a waste of time and money to do on a scam. I reached out to the owner, Alex, who was very responsive and we went forward with it. It was literal torture waiting for the day to arrive and all I was hoping for as the person in charge of finding a property for our group was that it wouldn't disappoint and be as nice as all the photos and videos made it out to be. As we made our way up the long driveway, it seemed surreal that we were actually able to see it in person. Upon entering the property, every one of us from the youngest to oldest were awestruck. The photos and videos are extravagant, to the point it seems AI generated, however, believe me when I say they don't do the place justice. Not even close. Seeing and experiencing the property in person is far grander. The scale of the place can't be properly captured on photos and such. Just like every natural wonder of the world

Better than the pics

Unbelievably, this property exceeds all expectations!!! From the moment I booked it Alex (the owner) was amazing. He communicated pertinent information and was beyond helpful with his recommendations of restaurants and wineries. (On point w all of them) The house was immaculately cleaned. Everything we could want to use the pool, hot tub, mini golf, bocci ball, paddle ball was available. If you want to get away from it all in a peaceful location with everything you could ever want to be entertained and relaxed This should be your #1 destination!!!!!

Beyond expectations!

Quite simply, we didn't want to leave! We had high expectations and we were stunned when reality surpassed all of them. Because of the privacy and security, the adults were able to relax and visit while the kids explored all of the fun, thoroughly enjoying all of the amenities without needing to constantly shush them. In fact, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities! We didn't need anything - everything was provided for us from kitchen basics (even decaf coffee!) to pool towels and sports equipment. Everything in the house is labelled and several have QR codes with directions on how to operate them - genius! Alex was prompt to respond to all inquiries, making sure our visit was fabulosa! We can't wait to return!!
