Look out onto the open spaces of the Valley Floor from these big living room windows.

The Sundance condos are a small complex on the west edge of Telluride, hiding in plain sight. Up a flight of stairs, enter this condo on the second level. The living area has a sofa sleeper, side chair, flat screen TV and a large window overlooking the forever wild valley floor. Walk through to the dining area with seating for six, and then the open kitchen with door to the balcony, and full-sized washer and dryer.

Off the living room is a short hallway where a powder room has been recently added between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a king bed. The second bedroom, featuring a queen and twin bed and a flat-screen TV, comes with its own private bathroom equipped with a relaxing steam shower. The condo includes high-speed internet and one garage parking space. Please note: No oversized vehicles are permitted - no cars 19 feet long or taller than 7 feet 8 inches will fit in the space.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.

- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- The condo will be fully remodeled by late June or the first of July. The scheduled remodel includes new kitchen renovations and new floors throughout the house.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Spring Break Ski Trip
Condo was large, clean and - via the Galloping Goose shuttle - provided easy access to town and the Gondola. We took the shuttle every day to the slopes. Good-sized garage. Ski lockers. We'd recommend staying here.

Nice property. Was not cleaned when we arrived but a phone call got the cleaning crew over in 30 minutes. Cable TV was not working but the cable crew got there the next day. Don't use the toaster...sparks and only toasts on one side. Electric range needs some work. The burners do not stay on very long. Other than that, we would stay there again.

Majestic views from windows. Quick walk to chair 7 and to Clark’s market. Very convenient to town, quick walk or ride on goose. Condo is outdated, but very clean and well kept. Plenty of room & storage for a ski vacay. Had a great time & fell in love with Telluride.

This place is so big! I love the long living room , dinner room continuing until the kitchen! View is nice on the mountain. We were just few blocks away by foot to the Coonkins lift . Very convenient! Had a great time in the sofa too!

Long weekend in Telluride
We enjoyed our stay at Sundance Condos! The location was great to walk to lift 7. Also very convenient to catch the free town shuttle. We found the condo comfortable for 6 people. We only used the kitchen for cooking breakfast but it was well equipped. Very convenient to have washer and dryer in unit. Ski locker was nice to use also. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only reason for 4/5 stars was that we found the beds very uncomfortable. Can't wait to visit Telluride again!
