The condo is in a great location and has a balcony with a great view. The description is accurate. A few days before check in day I got an automated message about the stay that lacked important information such as the door access code and other details needed to check in. I tried to contact the owner through a link on the VRBO app but never received a reply. I ended up having to put a request for info through VRBO and received the info the day before checkin. When I did check in. the condo had not been cleaned since the last group stayed, and although I had a text received in the morning with a contact about any problems, I couldn't reach anybody through that number and had to call verbo. There were problems including an air conditioner that was sitting on the floor that was not hooked up, and a mounted floor electric heating unit that acted as a step that was not attached to the wall and I almost had a fall the first time I went out onto the balcony. The lack of a working air conditioning unit meant that I had to leave the windows open at night and in the morning to let cold air in. It is mentioned in the description that there is a bar and restaurant right below the unit that can be noisy. Not being able to close the windows made this more of a problem. With more care from the owner, this could have been a very nice stay. As such, it was a basic place to crash.
