The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk down the alley to the right of the house.

Enjoy your stay in this cosy 100 m² home located on the upper floor of a detached house, completely separate and soundproofed for your comfort. With capacity for 5 guests, the property offers 2 bright bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed.
