The apartment is located at the entrance of Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood on one side, and the famous Carmel Market on the other, and just minute's walk from one of the most beautiful beaches the city has to offer, Jerusalem beach.
The residence is perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends.
The space is very well-designed, roomy comfortable apartment, which is located in a new building that enjoys private parking space, a secure lobby that you can enter using the code. When entering the duplex you will find a very nice living room, dining table, and an open-plan kitchen. The lower floor has two bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom & shower, and the upper floor has one bedroom and one newly renovated bathroom. Our apartment has A LOT of storage space, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes in every bedroom.
Parquet flooring throughout the bottom floor, a designed designated working space, for those who like to be productive whilst traveling :)
Warm design, Great utilities and very accommodating. New shower bench for the spacious shower. Made out of original Indonesian tic wood.
