Let me start off by saying I don’t do reviews often. This place is everything you could ever want. The owner ( Guy ) reached out immediately after I booked and started coordination of my arrival. He met us outside while driving in and helped us secure parking. He also helped with our bags and made sure we knew of all of the amenities. He made thorough recommendations for both sightseeing and dinner and sent links via WhatsApp. I’ve never stayed in a cleaner hotel, it was spotless. The location was incredible- right below the hotel which is situated on the cliffs above the Old Jaffa Port is a boardwalk with shopping, bars, and restaurants. A short 5 minute walk and you are in the Old Jaffa Market, where we shopped, ate multiple times and made friends. The views from the private deck are spectacular! The Mediterranean sunset was on fire! I won’t stay anywhere else but here when I return! This is a 10!!!!

Crazy nice service they are here for the customer Here on the website it shows one room with a porch and a jacuzzi and there isn’t such a room it’s to separate rooms I thought I’m going to get it So they offered me a bigger nice room for the same price or my money back By the end a stayed I had the room with the porch it was really nice and comfortable I had a good experience I was a little upset for not getting the jacuzzi so they offered me a 50% off for next time Great service beautiful quit place very relaxing and peaceful

Modern comfort, historic vibe, outstanding service

This was hands down the best hotel experience we've had in a very very long time, if not ever. Think a 370+ year old building internally renovated for full modern convenience including A/C, mini-fridge, self service espresso, in-room safe, super-comfy beds, heavy blackout curtains, etc. Then, round it all out with amazing, extra-mile-and-beyond personal service including meeting us at the curb saving us the closest free street-parking spot, shifting things around to allow us am extra night in the same room when our airline repeatedly delayed and then canceled our flight home, and then carrying out suitcases down to a new room when our new flight required a second extra night, because they couldn't accommodate us in the same suite. Then, to top it all off, the killer views and the minutes-away shopping and dining of old Jaffa.

If you are looking for the best boutique hotel in Jaffa then look no further. My husband and I stayed at Casa Nova for a week and did not want to leave. We are avid travelers and come from hospitality backgrounds, and I can tell you firsthand that the service, cleanliness, location, and style of the hotel is five stars all around. Guy, the manager, was very attentive to all of our needs, and even arranged for a taxi to pick us up and drop us off to and from the airport. He also provided us with a list of popular restaurants and things to do in the area. Maya, the housekeeper, is kind and helpful. The hotel is only six rooms which makes it very quiet and private. It is in an amazing location where you can walk everywhere and is close proximity to the beach path that takes you down the boardwalk in Tel Aviv. We loved our room!! It was big and spacious with a nice big bathroom. The hotel also has really great Wi-Fi. My husband and I can’t wait to come back and are so grateful that we stumbled upon this gem of a hotel.

A home away from home! We absolutely loved our stay at the Casa Nova Boutique Hotel. The design and the views are second to none when it comes to staying in Jaffa/Tel Aviv.
