Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer 1903 erbauten Jugendstilvilla im 1.OG. Sie wurde komplett neu renoviert und steht ab sofort als Ferienwohnung mit 92m2 für 1-5 Personen zur Verfügung. Des weiteren liegt die Ferienwohnung direkt am Radweg (Bodensee-Königsee-Radweg) in einer sehr ruhigen, zentralen Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Berge "Hochstaufen, Zwiesel und dem Hausberg, den Teisenberg". Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu den umliegenden Badeseen, für Wanderungen, zu Rad- und Bergtouren sowie zu der einen oder anderen Ausflugsfahrt nach Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall oder zum Königsee. In naher Umgebung unseres Hauses befinden sich mehrere Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle, alles in weniger als 10min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls direkt am Haus bieten wir Ihnen einen PKW-Stellplatz und Einstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder an.
Exclusive und großzügige, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Essecke, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, wobei eines noch mit einem Einzelbett bestückt ist. Dazu zwei Balkone (Ost und Süd) sowie ein Bad und ein separates WC, Fön, Stereoanlage, Sat-TV, W-LAN. Inklusive sind: sämtliche Nebenkosten (Strom etc.), Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenartikel, Endreinigung, örtliche Kurtaxe, gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Stellplatz direkt am Haus, Nichtraucherhaus! Eigener kostenloser Shuttleservice vom Bahnhof Ortszentrum 500m, Schwimmbad 300m, Bahnhof 1 km.
Buchungen von 1-2 Übernachtungen auf Anfrage, ebenso gewähren wir bei einem Langaufenthalt ab 7 Nächte einen Abschlag.
