Villa with Private Heated Pool overlooking the Ocean

A gate in the garden leads out to the sea front and onto the promenade. This stretches a few kilometres along the sea front, from the King of Spain’s holiday home near the villa, all the way through Costa Teguise to the excellent windsurfing beach at Las Cucharas. It is well lit at night and ideal for an evening stroll to a wide choice of local and international restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is Playa Bastian which is a five minute walk. The rocky seafront by the villa is perfect for fishing enthusiasts and for beachcombing at low tide. A supermarket, the nearest restaurant, a cyber café and a fitness centre are within a two minutes walk. Costa Teguise is host to a lovely golf course and a large water park, both of which are a short drive from the villa. There is a large outdoor area for dining and lounging. This area has a pergola for shade if desired. The living are is huge with plenty of seating. Full wifi is included in the price. The bedrooms have windows facing the ocean and the master bedroom has a walk out door to the terrace and ocean. There is a large roof terrace space for lounging with privacy. Lovely clean property with all the amenities needed. Our family ranged from children 11 years to their grandparents in their 70's and everyone enjoyed their time here. It's spacious and the pool with views were a great hit. So easy to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Cara answered all my questions quickly prior to travelling and the property managers were also great from day one.

Beautiful villa, amazing location

Beautiful villa, great location and amazing views. The heated pool is excellent and was cleaned during our week stay.I would recommend this villa for families and people of all ages. The little Hiperdino supermarket is only 5 mins walk away, restaurants 3 mins away.You can access the promenade through the gate at the front of the villa, so great for a lovely walk anytime of day or night, lots of lights.It took us 17 mins to walk to the square along the promenade, and only 3 Euros in a taxi back.

Fantastic Location but Interior needs updating

The location is wonderful and the heated pool was a bonus. Easy walking to restaurants etc. However, the interior, as others have mentioned for some years, is in need of refurbishment. Mismatched, damaged and dated furniture. Whoever did the painting needs training! Towels are like sandpaper, pillows need replacing, Windows that don't open and a faulty outside bedroom door lock. We were told there would be a gas BBQ but there was only a couple of old charcoal ones which we don't like anyway. The Manager was helpful with regard to extra keys. Despite all this we had a lovely family holiday but would not return to this villa in its present condition.

A lovely family holiday

The rooms were bigger than they appeared on the website and very clean.Certain parts of the outside, such as the steps leading to the roof terrace had not been swept before our arrival and the stone seat could not be described as clean. The pool was very clean with a very pleasant pool man coming twice during our week. The location alongside the promenade was excellent as was access to a supermarket and restaurants. Directions for the villa could have been more accurate by giving the address as Villa 6 Playa Roca rather than 6 Avenue del Mar and we didn’t see Hotel “Be Live” - think the name has changed. Adriyana, the cleaner who was covering for Phillips, was very helpful - she wasn’t informed that we requested a cot and high chair. A query about he parking of two cars was not answered a couple of days before arrival but again Adriyana was helpful. Not having two key fobs for the size of this villa is irritating to say the least. Plenty of kitchen equipment and towels. We enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular!

What an amazing place to stay. Where to begin. The views are incredible, the villa is stunning with everything you need, a fantastic pool and all the space you would want. A great location with a supermarket and restaurants within 5 mins walk and the centre of town a lovely 20min walk away. Perfect!

The house was great and the location was spectacular. My only recommendation would be a propane bbq for outside . The refrigerator needed a shelf . The hostess, property manager were excellent and responsive. I would absolutely go back and rent that house . I recommend it !

Amazing location and fab views of the sea

Fantastic villa, made by a quiet location with a stunning view of the sea from the terrace (and great pool). Just slightly out of Costa Teguise, but easy walk along the front to beaches and town centre with local shops and restaurants very close have us the perfect location. We had a car which was great for getting further afield and days out and the driving is easy. Villa is spacious (we were 7 adults) and the outdoor space is great. Well equipped kitchen, which we used quite a bit. The internet is not great and the air con a bit of a pain, but we loved it here and had a fabulous holiday. We didn’t need to get in touch for anything during the week, but check-in and out were very easy. Thanks!

Spacious Villa in Lovely Position by the Sea

We spent a week in this lovely villa celebrating with the family. It is in a lovely position directly overlooking the sea with direct access to the promenade. The villa itself is very spacious and well able to accommodate a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The three bathrooms were a bonus and the two main bedrooms are roomy. Lots of storage space. Outside the pool was excellent and the covered outside patio was perfect enabling us to eat outside every night protected from the wind. As mentioned in other reviews the property is starting to need some tlc. We had to replace light bulbs, batteries in the air conditioning remotes, only two of which worked etc. One of the showers and the microwave were not working but Philippa the property manager was very responsive and a new shower was installed the next day. The upper sun roof had not been cleaned and was neglected. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would return. Thank you.

Great villa and location

We were a party of 4 couples and a 6 month old baby and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities for the baby were excellent. The outdoor area has an unobstructed view of the sea and direct access to the prom which provides a 20 minute walk into the town and a 10 minute walk to the sunset bar for cocktails. The kitchen, indoor seating & dining, and outdoor seating & dining are all well equipped and comfortable. Thanks.

Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in the villa. The location next to the coastal pathway with sea view is amazing. This is the first time in Costa Teguise in a villa rather than a hotel. The villa is located close to many excellent restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Sausalito, excellent food and we loved the staff.

Family holiday for 5 in August 2019

We had a great stay in a brilliant villa, the location was second to none for us. The only reason for marking down the stars was that we only had four sun beds that were not broken. One broke on the second day. We were advised that all were being replaced and instead, only 2 temporary ones were delivered after a few days. We had expected 8 sun beds to match the accommodation. This was the only gripe. We would certainly look to stay here again.

Excellent front line location.

Overall a well-kitted out, well-located villa. Very peaceful, no traffic noise. Lovely walk or cycle into main centre - or take an electric scooter, they're always about, ready for pick up via the Wind app. Only niggles were a completely trashed sun lounger - no problem for us as we didn't need them all - and an en suite loo that had a cistern refill problem. And we had a problem with getting the TV to work consistently, but we always do, so that's very likely us or Lanzarote satellite, rather than the villa system. The uninterrupted view over the sea to the horizon in the evening from the patio was magnificent.
