The hotel was lovely, nice quiet location but within walking distance of shops and bars. My only niggle would be the evening food selection. I stayed in the Royal section but the food was better in the standard restaurant. Apart from that, the hotel was great, staff were excellent and I would highly recommend staying there

Had a great time here. Staff were fab, Hannah and Eva in particular were lovely! Food was very good and tonnes of choice (we were all inclusive). Lovely room with a gorgeous view, regularly restocked tea and coffee, a nice big shower and a great size balcony. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the place itself is in a great spot - handy for both Arecife and Costa Teguise - with some great pools, especially the Royal Level infinity pool. The only real downside is the food in the buffet restaurants. Breakfasts are excellent but I didn’t manage to have one nice dinner - other than my evening out at the Italian restaurant (I think those on the all-inclusive deal get a voucher), which was excellent. Tiny gripe was that my room had an adjoining door to the room next door and I don’t know if the residents in that room were really loud or if the sound just really carried through the door (they may have thought the same about me) but I was glad they weren’t late-night partiers.
