Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en la recepción, con un tipo arrogante y malcriado que se encargó de amargarnos tanto el check in como el check out. Su nombre es Joseph, no recuerdo su apellido. Hice una reserva y pague antes de llegar al 2 habitaciones, ambas hechas desde mi cuenta. Al llegar al hotel pedí una llave adicional (suelo perderlas o dejarlas en la habitación y me quedo afuera, por lo que es algo que siempre hago) para mi habitación personal y este personaje me la negó, alegando que era prohibido. Es primera vez en la vida que no me dan una llave extra, con una actitud desafiante y soberbia. Como contexto, hace 2 semanas me había quedado en este hotel y no tuve este problema. Al día siguiente, al check out, el tipo este se negaba a hacerme las facturas con RTN al nombre solicitado y se cerró en que tenían que ser a nombre de la persona que se había quedado. Respuesta más estúpida, imposible, como que si cuando se piden a nombre de una empresa no las emiten así. En mi caso, mi nombre y RTN es el mismo de la empresa. Tuve que usar toda mi paciencia para no decirle todo lo que se merecía, pero al final no valía la pena enojarme más. Nunca volveré a hospedarme en este hotel, es la peor experiencia en un front desk en mi vida. I had the worst experience of my life at the front desk, with an arrogant and rude guy who made both our check-in and check-out miserable. His name is Joseph; thanks to him, I'll never return here.

The staff at reception were okay, but they didn’t share any information about the amenities. I tried calling the front desk a few times and never got a reply. Check-in was quick, which was good, but it still felt like there was a lack of information overall. The breakfast, however, was really good! definitely the best part of the stay, I loved it. Overall, it was a good experience with a great location, but there’s room for improvement in communication and service.
