On the ground floor is next to the entrance area, the kitchenette, then living area, opposite bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Living room and bedroom composed of wooden floors, wooden ceilings and walls, as well as handmade furniture.

The Gschwandlerhof is located on a sunny southern slope on the outskirts of the city Tegernsee. Rest and sunshine can be enjoyed on the lawn at a small pond all day long. Your hikes and bike rides start directly from the farm. The center and lake are only a few minutes by car.
