Colorful apartment next to the Opera
If you want to live in authentic Tbilisi yard, you’ve to choose our apartment. It’s a newly renovated apartment in the very center of Tbilisi, 1mn walking to Rustaveli Avenue, between Rustaveli Theatre and Opera. The house was built in 1912 and many famous artists of that time lived here. It’s the most heart of the city, full of theatres & museums, pubs, cafes, malls and restaurants.
There’re two bedrooms. Living room and a kitchen are on the one space in our apartment. There’s a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in another one and a pull out sofa in the living room. The beds are very comfortable with linen. Kitchen is equipped with all kitchenware, free coffee, tea, sugar, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron. Toilet/shower room with towels, soap, shampoo, bath gel, hair dryer, toilet paper, slippers.
The apartment has two balconies. The apartment is suitable as well as for couples, also for business travelers and families accompanied by kids.
You’ll be greeted with a bottle of delicious Georgian wine upon arrival. Free street parking.
The house is close to 2 Metro stations, buses in all directions, walking distance to the best sights of Tbilisi. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with the spiral staircase ( we’ll help with your luggage).
Transfer from/to the Tbilisi Airport is available for 20$. Our driver will help you with your luggage.
I can recommend a guide with a driver to take you on a trip anywhere in Georgia.
I speak English, Russian. Please feel free to write or call us. Please don’t smoke in the apartment.
