Nice Property in a Great Location...Just Needs Better Communication From Manager

The property is great and worked perfect for our family. It is accurately described. Has a beautiful balcony that gets morning sun and evening shade (in June) plus is central and so a short walk to all that Cabanas has to offer. Parking has large spaces right out front and free so it was very rental car friendlyThe only issue was communications with the owner/operator were not clear and no responsiveness to multiple email questions on multiple occasions. Main concerns: - Check in procedure was not confirmed by direct communication to me- No info provided on cleaning schedules, garbage pickups- No info was provided on check out requirementsIf booking this property I recommend reaching out to the property manager VERY early to get clarity on any questions, concerns or special requests. Phones were not answered and emails were not responded to which left me concerned about the legitimacy of the booking. In the end it all worked out and was a great stay for our family.
