Marina & Ocean View 2BR | Ocean Pointe 5305

Summary:

Marina views, beach views AND Atlantic views from one cozy balcony! This 2BR/2BA in Building 5 has a king suite with a walk-in shower, a queen guest room and an in-unit washer/dryer. Watch the boats roll in with your coffee. Out the door: a gated resort with a pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, beach and marina!

The Space:

THE LAYOUT

Building 5, 3rd floor, with an elevator and stairs. Sleeps 5.

• Primary suite: king bed, private bath with a walk-in shower

• Guest bedroom: queen bed, with a full bath with a tub just outside

• Living room: sofa bed

INSIDE

Coastal decor, a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer.

THE VIEW

Unobstructed marina, beach and Atlantic views from the cozy balcony.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

Watch the boats roll in with your morning coffee!

Guest Access:

CHECKING IN

Self check-in with your own door code, sent before you arrive. The front gate is staffed 24/7; just give the guard the name on the reservation and you're in! Parking for 2 vehicles is included. Boats and trailers only with a confirmed dockmaster reservation.

The Neighborhood:

POOL BAR: The resort's pool bar and waterfront cafe are temporarily closed as of October 2026. Plenty of great restaurants and waterfront bars in Key Largo and Islamorada are just a short drive away, and we're happy to share our favorites!

Ocean Pointe is a gated, 60+ acre waterfront resort in Tavernier at mile marker 92.5, smack in the middle of Key Largo and Islamorada. Best of both worlds!

Just up the road: John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the country's first undersea park, with world-class snorkeling and diving. Just down the road: Islamorada, the Sportfishing Capital of the World, plus sandbars, waterfront restaurants and plenty of happy hours. Nearby favorites include Theater of the Sea, the History of Diving Museum, Robbie's (go feed the tarpon!), the Laura Quinn Wild Bird Sanctuary and the Turtle Hospital. Harry Harris Park, with a waterfront walk and playground, is right around the corner. Grocery stores and pharmacies are minutes away.

Good to know: the Keys are coral islands, so our beaches are cozy, not Cancún. The real magic is on the water! The closest larger public beach is Anne's Beach in Islamorada.

And don't leave without a slice of key lime pie. That's basically a house rule!

Getting Around:

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

GPS address: 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, FL 33070. From Miami, take the Florida Turnpike south to its end in Florida City, then follow US-1 south through Key Largo. At mile marker 92.5, turn left onto Burton Drive, just before the Circle K. Ocean Pointe is about half a mile down on the right. Speed limits in the Keys are strictly enforced, so slow down and enjoy the view!

PARKING

Each reservation includes parking for 2 vehicles. No commercial vehicles, RVs or jet skis.

WITHOUT A CAR

We recommend a car so you can explore. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and Keys Shuttle offers door-to-door service from the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports.

Other Things to Note:

POOL BAR: The resort's pool bar and waterfront cafe are temporarily closed as of October 2026. The pool, hot tub, beach, tennis and pickleball courts are all open!

All linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. Fresh and fluffy, every stay! Every condo also comes with 4 beach towels, so leave yours at home.

WILDLIFE: Ocean Pointe borders a protected mangrove and nature conservation area, home to ospreys, wading birds and a colony of feral cats. Please enjoy them from a distance. Feeding the wildlife or the cats is prohibited and can be fined, and the conservation area is closed to entry.

BRINGING A BOAT? Slips are limited and must be reserved through the Ocean Pointe dockmaster BEFORE you book. Please don't count on one without a confirmed reservation. Vessels must be 28 ft or less, with insurance and registration on file. Message us for the dockmaster's contact info. Jet skis and RVs are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:

Oasis Vacation Rentals is locally owned and operated right here in the Keys! Our team is available 24/7 by message or phone for anything you need, from restaurant tips to a mid-trip question. We're just a text away!

We had a great stay at this VRBO. I wish it could’ve been longer! The unit was clean and exactly as shown in the listing photos, which we really appreciated, no surprises. Communication with the host Sean was excellent from start to finish; he was responsive and helpful. The location within the complex was a huge bonus. It made accessing the pool, beach, and dock incredibly convenient, which really added to our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Ocean Pointe

Nicely renovated condo, very clean, with nice view of the marina and ocean. Large pool was very crowded, but if you get there early it won’t be a problem. Beach area was small but nicely kept. This would be a perfect place to stay if you have a boat.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Views!

Our recent stay at Ocean Pointe, booked through Oasis Vacation Rentals, was absolutely fantastic! The condo was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked with all the essentials, and incredibly comfortable for our family. The view overlooking the marina and the Atlantic Ocean was breathtaking, and we loved waking up to that every morning.Communication with Oasis was seamless—quick, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process. We also had a great experience with the marina staff (separate from Oasis), who were friendly and easy to work with. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

A fun B’day trip to keys…

Great condo for two couples. Sean & Denise were very good to communicate day before text w/ address and dates of stay, another text w/ ck. in process morning of arrival including key code, a follow up txt. after arrival to offer additional assistance. No surprises & felt we were in good hands. Condo was well stocked and bed/bath rooms fresh & clean. Immediate reply & fix to a minor key pad battery issue. Would recommend staying at this condo. Great access to pool & Beach

The balcony was too small only fits 2 chairs. However at least they were High to chairs. You need a new coffee pot. This one the pause is broke & you need one that shuts off in 2 hrs. The light on this one is very tiny.

Tavernier Oasis 5305

We enjoyed our week at condo 5305. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach area. The sunrises looking out over the marina were beautiful. The condo was clean and well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and plastic wear. The bedrooms had nice linens and the comforters are very coordinated and beachy. We used the washer and dryer. There is a dishwasher available, but we did not use it. We enjoyed both the pool and beach area almost each day. Both were clean and maintained. There is a food truck near the pool, which we never used, but it was available several days. There is a nice small bar restaurant near the marina, which served good snacks & sandwiches. Management was easy to work with before, during and after our stay. Very fast response and attentive to any questions. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.
