This unit less suitable for lengthy stays than others we have used here.

Numerous issues with condo. Called VACASA several times and got more talk than action. Bathroom fans function poorly, kitchen fan not vented to outside, furnace doesn’t heat, ac died near end stay, kitchen utensils not suitable for long stays, etc. Restaurant/bar near beach finally opened. We went one evening and left after 45 minutes as no one was avails to serve us, even though we were given a menu. Anyway, we will stay somewhere else next winter.

Very nice condo in well maintained complex.

Pool and grounds well cared for. Guests should plan to bring pantry items for any cooking, not supplied. Great food truck on site however, lunch/dinner could be covered there. Or local restaurants are yummy. Beautiful view although very small balcony. Lovely stay.

It was not clean when we get to the property after 4 pm. The customer service was helpfull with situation. They miss the cleaning and refund . They need a tv on the second room ang maybe change the front door and make the code shorter. Over all it is still a good place to stay. I would still book again

Nice unit with beautiful view

The unit was a tad smaller than we imagined from the pictures posted, but it was clean and certainly big enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to explore the keys.

Overall it was a nice stay. Dishwasher would not turn on and washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg and was so loud you couldn’t run it if you were trying to sleep or watch TV. Had a couple other maintenance issues that we reported and they were taken care of right away. Nice view and loves the pool.

Great location with just a few improvements needed

Great location with a great view. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Just a few negatives though with our stay. The listing stated the unit was on the 2nd floor but it was actually on the 4th floor. Maybe not a big deal to others but we read reviews about the elevators going out and lo and behold the elevators went out during our stay. Walking 4 floors for days and having to load all of our luggage after a weeks stay was not enjoyable especially since my husband has health problems. When we arrived the shower in the 2nd bedroom did not work and it took several phone calls and 2 days before we could get it fixed. Our guests had to share our bathroom for that time. The floors were not clean when we arrived, the bifold door on the washer/dryer closet was broken and the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurants on site were not open when we tried to utilize them and maybe that is because it is the off season but it would be good to add that in the listing. Also we tried all week to use the TV but the cable box never worked. With 3 remotes, a TV and a cable box detailed instructions for your tenants would be good to have.

Beautiful view, spacious and perfect locale

The only negative about the place was trying to find my room. Finding the building was easy enough.. when your room number is four digits, the first digit represents the building number as there are I believe five buildings. The second digit represents which floor of the building your room is on. I spent half an hour looking for my room and on the phone trying to figure it out. The lady on the phone even gave me the wrong floor number. Once I got that figured out, the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect!! Luckily there is an elevator on the property because staying on the 4th floor with lots of luggage would be a nightmare without it. The room was exactly as it was pictured.. beautiful, clean, spacious and peaceful. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean was something to look forward to each morning. Unfortunately the sun doesn't set on that side, but it's still beautiful to see that view all day until it's time to close the curtains at night. The unit came with everything necessary. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. I will definitely be coming back in the future and staying here.. I did not utilize the pool or the marina as I am not much of a water person. But the location was absolutely perfect for a 10 minute drive to go scuba diving in Key Largo one direction or a 10 minute drive the other direction to go kayaking/fishing in Islamorada. Tavernier is a quaint little town with everything you need close by 😃

Definitely a safe place. Helpful if they gave us instructions on entering facility with security, we had to call 3 people to get information. Under construction & very loud drilling -hard because I was working during the day) no hot water in shower. Reported & no resolve. Water pressure was bad too. Pool was awesome & thankful it was open at night. A great location.

Was a roof over our heads, wouldn’t stay again.

Property wasn’t well maintained. Hallways in front of elevators were a huge puddle. Pool was empty and we weren’t notified until 2 days before checking in. Pull out couch bed was absolutely filthy. After spending quite some time trying to find out how to contact the property manager to get fresh sheets and extra blankets/pillows for the couch bed, they told us they don’t supply extra blankets or pillows. They told us to just wash the sheet on the couch bed. When we explained that there weren’t enough pillows/blankets for all of the beds, they agreed to bring extras, but nobody ever brought any, we had to use the beach towels in the closet for blankets. Awful stay, would never stay here again.

Upon entering the place was great. After a little bit floors had not been swept as sand was all over. Pans in cupboard had actually grease on them and coffee pot was dirty and rusty. The shower pressure in the bathroom off the king room had barely any pressure and if anyone else used the shower or water there was only a trickle that came out and hot water went in and out. The washer so extremely loud. The every day of our trip we were woken up by 830 by loud drills and banging from all of the construction on both sides and beneath us to the point we couldn't even enjoy breakfast or lunch because it never stopped til night time so forget sitting and resting in the room. The pool was closed entire trip and after being told there was tennis balls and rackets available the bins were empty and not a single employee would track some down for us so we bought our own. The rental company however did credit us a small portion of our stay for the inconvenience. But if told all of this prior to our stay I would have only booked for a few day not a week at stayed at our other hotel longer.

Great 6 days but disappointed

We love the location and marina . Pool was closed and we weren’t notified before we arrived . We had 2 cars and a motorcycle that easily would have fit into just 2 parking spots but were told we would have to keep one of the vehicles off property but weren’t given an alternative of where we could keep one of them . We understood the spots and easily could have kept the motorcycle in a spot with the vehicle . Also we paid for a spot for our boat trailer and the motorcycle could have also fit into the spot but we’re told no . Very disappointed . At the entrance where the temporary gate was located was a giant pot hole about 15 ft in diameter and about 6 to 8 inches deep . When we finally got thru the check in the pot hole was filled with water yet there were no cones or anything to warn how bad the hole was. Our boat actually bounced on the trailer when we hit the pot hole . The condo was as beautiful as the pictures as was the view . Unfortunately sitting on the balcony we were greeted by a lift a that that was working on the balconies . Also the electrical sockets in the 2nd bathroom were not working .

Nice but not a good experience

Nice and clean but they didn’t let us into the property grounds until after 4pm so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or any amenities . Also NO hot water in the room! Not a good experience when it could have been otherwise.

Dirty Keys Rental

I can’t say enough good things about the management company. Everyone I talked to and worked with was amazing, truly. But, overall unimpressed with the booking and would not book this particular listing again. To start with the check in process took 30 minutes because security at the gate had the wrong last name on the listing, even though my name was stabled to the piece of paper behind wrong last name parking tag. To make matters worse we had just drove over 8 hours and had to use the restroom. To which the security guard told us “uh, I don’t know what to tell you”. Throughout the check in process the Vacasa staff was trying to work through the issues and contact the rental to clarify everything. They were fantastic in getting everything cleared. When we finally got into the rental and it very dirty. Every room in the rental had sand/dirt on the floor and the glass table/counter tops still had smears of food or something on this. If the toilet didn’t have a new clean seal on it I wouldn’t believe it was ever cleaned before we got there. We had to wear our shoes around the rental so we wouldn’t get sand on our feet and that just isn't okay to me. The second bedroom had a mold spot in the ceiling that was open. The money paid for two nights was not worth the overall hassle of check in and lack of cleanliness. My family and I go to the keys every year and I definitely will not stay here again and would not recommend to my family or friends. I do however appreciate everyone with Vacasa and Vrbo who assisted me and will use them again in the future.
