Very quiet and private little oasis with your own private back yard with a BBQ. Your space is yours and your privacy is important to us. We take pride in our property and your place is spotless and lovely and clean. (Check out what our guests have said about their stay!)

Enjoy a sleep in with block out curtains in the bedroom.

Lovely stroll to the beach through the reserve in just 8 mins away and a 1.5km walk to the Palm Beach shopping center, library and Fashion Island. Several lovely restaurants are close by and the Papamoa Tavern hosts many artists for a fun night.

The accommodation was very clean and bordered on the beautiful parkland waterway that runs through Papamoa, so that we could walk all the way to the shops through the park and close enough to run to the beach in the morning. Very quiet spot

This was an excellent place to stay with everything that we needed. There was plenty of space and very comfortable. Di was very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. We could walk to the beach which was a lovely beach. It was also close to shops and food outlets and not far to drive to tourist attractions. Definitely recommend this place.

This flat was amazing!! The photos do not do it justice. The flat is very large/plenty of room, spotlessly clean, and in a gorgeous location/setting. The host was lovely and welcoming - she even dropped us off to our family function. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely location backing onto the reserve. Very peaceful and quiet. Only negative for us was that we were unable to leave the door open for our dog to enjoy snuffling around outside as there is no fencing at all.
