This north facing sunny property provides an extensive lawn and deck area and is fully fenced for the little ones and pets to run around.
The Space:
Set over a single level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The beds are king, queen and a double. Polished concrete floors throughout offer ease of living and the kitchen is fully equipped . There is a single garage that doubles as a games room with a sofa and dart board as well as some games and puzzles.

Other Things to Note:
Maximum 2 small dogs allowed - must be house trained and sleep on own bed.
We require a photo and breed of the dog submitted before approval.
