Friendly and lovely staff, horrible building

The building looks like it is about to fall apart. It seems as if the owner has done all the construction themselves, as air conditioners are sort of jerry-rigged onto the walls and the door frame is falling off. I made use of the safe for the first time in my travel to Uzbekistan, because it seemed like the door to my room was very unsteady. This place is OK for a short trip. Breakfast was catered to Chinese businessmen, and the hotel seems to be Chinese owned and operated. Instant coffee only.

Avoid this place at all costs

The rooms were unsatisfactory. They were freezing cold. When I asked to have the air conditioning fixed so that heat will come out of it they said 5 minutes and never came back. The people were disrespectful. The management was crap and did not want to help in any way whatsoever. It was a overall terrible experience.
