Quartier calme , maison agréable au premier regard mais nombreux désagréments: WC peu hygiéniques car n'acceptant le papier du même nom! fuite sous une une cuvette et écoulement des eaux du lavabo difficile Volets éléctriques des chambres et salle de bain synchronisés, limitant l'autonomie d'utilisation Un côté de la baie vitrée endommagé et que l'on ne peut fermer même par 7 degrès de température extérieure Odeurs d'égout remontant des canalisations Télévision qui se déconnecte preque tous les soirs Prestations et tarif ne correspondant nullement à l'annonce

Séjour en famille

Location très bien située entre les Landes et le pays Basque, parfait pour découvrir la région. Proximité en voiture des commerces. Belle maison avec de belles prestations et bien fournie. Pour les jeunes enfants, attention aux coins de table en verre :) Note moyenne à cause d'un incident temporaire de canalisation qui a quelque peu amoindri notre enthousiasme.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Kommunikation, check-in und out verlief alles prima. Das Haus bietet eine moderne und grosse Küche sowie ein Insuite Badezimmer. Der Garten war unser Highlight. Es lohnt sich mit dem Auto zu kommen oder sich ein Fahrrad zu mieten, da das Haus etwas abgelegen von Strand/Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt. Eine sehr ruhige und schöne Nachbarschaftsgegend. Vielen Dank Houry und Aline;)

Maison bien équipée

Nous étions 2. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Aline a été très gentille, à l'écoute et disponible. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Un plus selon nous, c'était les volets électriques, c'est bien pour la chaleur et sécurisant. Seul petit bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a qu'un seul transat. Une petite piscine ou jacuzzi dans le jardin aurait été un plus mais la mer étant proche...

Séjour à Tanos

La maison est très bien, si ce n'est le désagrément causé par les problèmes de réseaux d'évacuation qui génèrent des mauvaises odeurs si on n'obstrue pas l'évier quand on ne s'en sert pas, et l'utilisation des toilettes... Vraiment dommage. Les plages sont à 30 mn à pied et non 15; mais à 5 mn en voiture. Tarnos est très calme c'est donc une bonne base arrière pour découvrir la région. En résumé si les problèmes de plomberie sont résolus ce sera parfait dans les années à venir.

Belle villa

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa pendant 2 semaines en août 2023. La villa est très agréable et bien équipée avec des équipements récents. Elle dispose même de la climatisation dans le séjour et une des chambres. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le quartier est très calme. Houry et la personne qui fait l'accueil et la sortie sont très gentilles et arrangeantes. Nous recommandons cette location !

Maison sympathique

Maison sympathique, propre et bien située avec sa piste cyclable à 50 m qui mène à la plage par la forêt. Maison sans risque pour des enfants en bas âge avec une baignoire. 1 salon agreable avec sa veranda et son petit jardin. Cours exterieur commune avec le voisin discret. En revanche, gros bémole sur la plomberie: - problème d'évacuation d'eau pour les toilettes donc la propriétaire demande à jeter le PQ dans la poubelle. Information non notée dans l'annonce. Dommage car cela peut etre determinant dans le choix du logement surtout au prix que coûte un logement. - très faible debit d'eau au niveau de la baignoire et pas tres puissant au niveau de la douche. Les 3 étoiles sont en lien avec ces problemes de plomberie.

Excellent séjour à Tarnos

Une maison très lumineuse et bien équipée. Un jardin clos sans vis-à-vis, une véranda agréable, une grande pièce à vivre, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, idéal pour vivre sans se marcher sur les pieds. Plage et commerces à qq minutes en voiture. Voisinage très calme.
